Intended Use

The intended use of the Lokomat is to increase the strength of muscles and the range of motion of joints in order to improve walking.

Primary

  • Increase the lower extremity muscle strength and the range of motion of joints.

  • Muscle tone regulation and spasticity reduction

LokomatPro

The LokomatPro offers all functionalities provided by the LokomatNanos. The LokomatPro can additionally be used for:


Motivating movement training for children


Increasing patient challenge and motivation

Indications

The Lokomat can be used for patients with walking impairments caused by muscle weakness and limited active range of motion in lower extremities. Inclusive Muscle weakness due to lack of mobility
