Service Agreements
The fully comprehensive Extended Warranty contract aims to maximize uptime of your Hocoma product. It ensures a consistent operating reliability, and in the case of a sudden malfunction, the fastest repair service possible will be dispatched. Worn components of the patient interface will be exchanged during servicing or upon request by therapists. Extended Warranty allows for the full predictability of products service and maintenance cost.

Hocoma continuously assesses the technical product requirements to guarantee product reliability, patient and therapist safety. Based on the assessment we define the following minimal preventive maintenance intervals.
