SVC prize for entrepreneurship in the Zurich economic region
The Swiss Venture Club is an independent association dedicated to the promotion and support of small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB). The president and founder is Hans-Ulrich Müller, Midland Region Manager for Credit Suisse. At their events, the SVC provides the opportunity for information exchange and interaction. Furthermore, it engages in the improvement of the political and legal general framework for businesses in Switzerland in order to support the regionally-anchored domain of entrepreneurs and the broadening of a national business network. To promote the entrepreneurship in the Zurich economic zone, the Swiss Venture Club created the SVC Business Award for the Zurich economic region and awarded it for the first time in 2006. The SVC is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
