Carolyn has been a Physical Therapist at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for twelve years and currently serves as Lead Therapist. While primarily operating in the outpatient setting, she also has extensive experience in administration and acute inpatient care . Carolyn’s current and previous research involvement has focused on PT interventions and pathways specific to urology oncology and bone marrow transplant care.
Hillary Jacobson, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, Roswell Park Cancer Institute
Hillary has been a Physical Therapist at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for nine years. Specializing in Hematology-Oncology, she primarily provides services for Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Cellular Therapy (TCT) patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Hillary has led the development and application of pre-BMT functional evaluations and Prehabilitation programs, as well as being instrumental in the implementation of the SafeGait system for oncology patients. Her research has been focused on multiple myeloma, transplant and cellular therapy, and rehabilitation teams.
Natalee Takasumi, PT, DPT
Head of Clinical Applications, Americas, DIH Technology, Inc.
Natalee has a doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Colorado, 2014. She has extensive knowledge of the Lokomat and advanced rehabilitation technology due to her previous clinical practice at Craig Hospital between 2014 and 2019.
