As a part of the established Armeo® Therapy Concept, the ArmeoPower was designed for severely affected individuals who have suffered neurological disorders resulting in hand and arm impairment. The ArmeoPower provides an assist-as-needed support in an extensive 3D workspace and a virtual reality exercise environment for a higher patient motivation. The needs and experience of therapists and patients were included in the development of the device. The new version of the LokomatPro is already successfully applied in clinics in Switzerland, Germany and France. The clinics especially appreciate the easier handling of the body weight support system and the design that allows for the therapists to be closer to the patient. more
