Conventional therapy today is limited – by time, by number of repetitions, by the lack of reproducible movement quality and by the fact that it is strenuous for both therapists and patients. In other words: there is a disbalance between the therapy we know we should provide according to motor learning principles and all the factors that prevent us from reaching this goal.

High repetition gait and balance training with the most natural gait pattern ensures the optimal recovery potential for the path back toward independent living.
The intended use of the Lokomat is to support treadmill training to treat patients with walking disabilities caused by neurological, muscular or bone-related disorders. Available also for pediatric patients.
Andago® is used for performing gait and balance training in patients with walking or balance disabilities, caused by conditions of neurological, orthopedic, muscular, cardiovascular or other origin.
The C-Mill is an instrumented treadmill for evaluating human gait and balance and to train (impaired) gait and balance using treadmill movement, augmented reality and virtual reality.
Lokomat® and Andago® can be used for rehabilitation therapy for patients with following conditions: Stroke; Traumatic brain injury (TBI); Paraplegia (SCI); Cerebral palsy (CP); Multiple sclerosis (MS); Parkinson’s disease (PD); Endoprosthesis (e.g. joint replacements); Degenerative joint diseases of the lower limbs (e.g. knee osteoarthritis); Spinal muscular atrophy; Muscle weakness due to lack of mobility; Cardiac conditions (if permitted by treating physician); Amputees.

Armeo®Spring can also be used for Stroke/ Hemiplegia; Humerus fracture; Endoprostheses; follow-up care for elbow and shoulder endoprostheses.
Armeo®Senso can be used for impaired function of the upper extremity due to neurological (e.g. stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, recovery from neurosurgical interventions, Parkinson’s diseases, Guillain Barré Syndrome, plexus paralysis) or muscular disorders (e.g. muscular dystrophies) in patients who are able to self-initiate movement. Impaired function of the upper extremity due to musculoskeletal or age-related disorders (e.g. endoprosthesis, fractures, recovery from surgical interventions) in patients who are able to self-initiate movement.
